  • Develop & Implement HR Strategy – Align HR with business objectives, leading growth, acquisitions, and cultural transformation .

  • Build High-Performance Culture – Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management .
  • Compensation & Total Rewards – Design competitive compensation structures, bonus programs, and career progression frameworks .
  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence – Manage Canadian and U.S. employment law compliance , oversee HRIS implementation , and support workforce planning .
  • Coach & Develop Leaders – Partner with executives and managers to drive leadership effectiveness, retention strategies, and succession planning .
  • Support M&A Growth – Lead HR integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions , ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
