Position Overview :
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture in a remote environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interviews and hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and company culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in Canada and the USA.
