Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Lead employment and contractor agreement processes. Train additional managers, directors, and Maven interviewers on the Maven interview process as needed. Support Maven Interviews during the interview process. Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters. Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs and challenges. Partner with the executive team and other management to create a winning and positive company culture. Stay current with HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant. Network and recruit for common roles at Maven, such as construction inspectors (civil, electrical) and project managers, including attending industry events. Maintain job postings on our "Current Opportunities" section of the Maven website and LinkedIn account. Assist with staff onboarding and grant applications. Present recruitment status updates to senior management. Operational duties may include basic marketing and social media management based on experience and interest levelRequirements : Post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources. CPHR designation is an asset. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role. Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Strong planning and implementation skills - able to create and implement plans that are easily adopted. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to work with all levels of our organization, including senior leadership. Strong analytical and organizational skills - able to keep documentation organized and track KPIs.
