Extensive experience in HR transformation, workforce planning, and change management within a fast-paced, global environment. Strong background in HR technology implementation (e.g., Workday), process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Proven success in leading post-merger integrations, executive compensation strategies, and employee engagement initiatives. Expertise in managing complex global HR operations, employment law compliance, and multi-region workforce challenges. A strategic, business-focused mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level. Strong leadership in building high performing, engaged, and diverse teams across global locations. A data-driven approach to HR innovation, talent acquisition, and employee development. Agile, adaptable, and capable of leading HR initiatives in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Bilingual proficiency (French & English) to drive effective communication across international teams. The Role
As VPHR , you will lead our global HR function, providing strategic direction, championing change, and optimizing our people strategies in a fast-evolving business landscape. This role is pivotal in managing organizational growth, talent optimization, digital transformation, and cultural enhancement while ensuring our HR operations remain innovative, scalable, and impactful.
