Job descriptionManaging employee records, both digital and hard copies, ensuring accuracy and compliance during onboarding, benefits administration, and performance reviews. Assisting with recruitment and selection, including writing job descriptions, advertising, role classification, reference checks, and preparing job offers. Coordinating HR events, campaigns, and meetings, including venue selection and planning. Organizing seminars and training sessions, managing logistics, and preparing materials. Handling employee inquiries regarding employment benefits and other HR-related issues, resolving problems, and escalating as needed. Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business Management Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR coordinator or similar role Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs Understanding of HR software systems Ability to multitask, support change, and work effectively in a team Advanced skills in Excel; experience with SQL or Power BI is a plus Previous HR experience in warehouse or logistics environments is preferred
