Human Resources Business Partner
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the workforce of the future, support employee engagement, diversity, and cultural excellence.
As an HRBP at our organization, you will create and sustain a positive employee relations environment. You will provide expert advice, guidance, and support in areas such as employee-employer communication, change management, engagement, performance improvement, discipline, employee concern resolution, and policy interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services to identify causes of employee relations issues, create solutions, and facilitate implementation of action plans.
- Support and guide front-line HR Connect employees in resolving escalated manager and employee inquiries and concerns about all HR programs and services.
- Lead and / or participate in the investigation and resolution of employee complaints, issues, and concerns regarding employment practices.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, promoting fairness, equity, and compliance across the organization.
- Communicate and guide leaders and employees on employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Coach and build leadership capabilities to foster a positive and productive work environment while addressing recurring or systemic employee relations trends.
- Assist in creating and implementing change management plans that foster successful change and maximize employee engagement.
- Champion open communication by fostering effective two-way dialogue between employees and leadership.
