Financial Administration : Manage POs, track budgets, process payments, expense reports

Corporate Citizenship & Event Coordination : Support sponsorships, coordinate events, manage logistics

Compliance & Documentation : Organize regulatory notifications, maintain engagement logs, SharePoint site

Team Support : Monitor inbox, maintain calendars, vendor onboarding

Requirements

Relevant education + 3 years administrative experience (or equivalent)

Self-starter, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision

Ability to handle interruptions and competing demands
