About the role
In-House Legal Counsel - Insurance Defence (Specialty Lines)
We're looking for Legal Counsel - Insurance Defence (Specialty Lines) to join our growing team!
Intact Insurance Company has a team of over 285 litigators in 12 locations across Canada, including 5 Ontario cities. Intact is seeking dynamic litigators with specialty lines experience. If you pride yourself on being a skilled litigator, who has appeared at all court levels in Ontario, then Intact Insurance is looking for you!
We are looking for lawyers with 5+ years of insurance litigation experience, in any of the following practice areas :
- Professional Negligence;
- Error and Omissions;
- Director and Officer Liability;
- Employment and Human Rights;
- Property;
- Construction;
- Class Action; or
- Abuse Claims
