Note from Homeowner Im hoping for more opportunities to further my experiences and gain more knowledge in this industry! I have over 8 years of hotel cleaning plus residential / commercial cleaning and have supervisor and management experience working in hotels.   In Fairmont Hot Springs, i started at a hotel that was just opening and we had to aid in the set up and standards of every room as well as figure out the best way to stock them. I also coordinated teams of 3 every morning and created lists of vacant dirty rooms. We did incredible amounts of organizing and moving around to what the team felt was fit for everyone! It was my first introduction into really being a lead role for others and hotels and was my first time being put under high stress situations, having to run around helping lots and an area where i had to make quick decisions which i love doing! To be able to connect with the team and aid them was well rewarding work. Ive also recently operated back in 2019 my own cleaning business in Calgary, Alberta along with the experience of training new employees and have gained leadership skills in doing so. I find i enjoy training and genuinly love helping others learn and grow as cleaners and as people and be able to motivate one another to be a great team! Working in different hotel settings and residential work has aided me in being confident, a fast learner and an extremely hard, trustworthy and respectful worker who enjoys my time working and provide a clean and fun workplace! Plus, im always trying to keep a smooth flowing pace going at work while being able to understand hard work. 2 years ago I started tree planting, gained experience with piece work and extremely hard physical labour in all weather conditions. I feel like this made my character strong and my body stronger. It has overall helped me develop as a person and ive gained the understanding of how people can react under extreme stress and conditions and be able to help mediate that as well. An eager and fast learner which ables me to go out of my comfort zones and pick up most jobs i do!  I do feel i could be a great asset to a team and would love to grow within a company!
