Job description

Our client in Edmonton is seeking a Contract Specialist with strong experience in contract management and negotiation. In this role, you’ll support internal teams through the contract process, with a focus on service agreements and guiding contracts through legal, risk, and insurance reviews.

What You’ll Do :

Manage and negotiate service-related contracts.
Guide teams through contract intake, review, and approval.
Support the sourcing process with internal stakeholders.
Ensure contracts meet corporate, legal, and safety standards.
Work with a small list of vendors in a competitive bid process.
Ad-hoc duties as requested.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management.

Demonstrated ability to support contract formation, risk management, and internal stakeholder engagement.

Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Word and Excel.

Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.

Experience with Oracle is a plus.

Available to start immediately.
