Job Title : Facilities Management Quotation Provider (Commission-Based)

Location : Toronto, ON (Remote / Field-Based)

Employment Type : Commission-Based Contract

Pay : $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Role Summary :

We’re seeking a self-motivated FM Quotation Provider to generate accurate, competitive quotes for commercial clients across the GTA. Ideal for candidates with FM industry knowledge, strong vendor networks, and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and deliver competitive quotes for FM services (HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, etc.)
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for pricing and timelines
• Ensure quotes meet client needs and compliance standards
• Support proposal submissions with the sales team
• Track approvals and maintain high quote conversion rates

Company Description

Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Label packages accurately and ensure proper sealing before shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and recording packaged products.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role is an advantage, but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Capability to perform repetitive motions and tasks.
