Nature & Scope

  • Receive and effectively handle telephone calls and office visitors
  • Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Accountable for the shipments of interoffice, regular mail and Purolator mail for the Owen Sound Branch
  • Pre-process employee expense reports using the factoring method for GST/HST/QST
  • Complete office filing, shipping and receiving
  • Complete bank deposits
  • Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Property/building maintenance administration (contacting sub-contractors, ordering supplies, etc.)
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Office Administration
  • Post Secondary Education in Business administration or a related field considered an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites/365 with working experience in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems and software considered an asset
