As the Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Administrator you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch and ensure a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day-to-day issues
  • Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy
  • Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation
  • Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients
  • Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Build and create a high-performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations
  • Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviors

Do you have the skills that will enable you to success in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the investment industry (wealth management/financial services)
  • Registered Representative License
  • CIRO Supervisor License
  • Process-oriented person and effective communicator
  • Previous management experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • A coach's mindset
