Ce poste clé implique de travailler sous l’autorité du / de la Surintendant.e de l’Entretien de l’usine, avec pour objectif principal d’accroître la fiabilité des équipements de production tout en respectant scrupuleusement les normes de santé et de sécurité, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe opérationnelle. Principales responsabilités : Diriger une équipe pluridisciplinaire (composée de tuyauteurs, machinistes, soudeurs, mécaniciens, techniciens de fiabilité) ainsi que les prestataires externes

Optimiser la performance de la maintenance et rectifier les déviations affectant la production

Fournir une assistance technique pour les défis techniques impactant la production

Gérer un budget dédié et s’atteler à la réduction des coûts de maintenance

Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité, signaler les risques, participe à l’élaboration de mesures correctives et documenter les incidents et accidents

Appliquer la politique environnementale de la société et se conformer aux normes légales et aux directives de l’entreprise
