Job descriptionProven experience operating heavy machinery (Loader, Kubota, Skid Steer, etc.). Valid drivers license; experience with transporting machinery is an asset. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather. Ability to work independently in adverse weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and safety. Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Paid orientation and equipment training. Opportunity for year-round work for the right candidate.

Seasonal On-Call | Competitive Wages | Potential for Ongoing Work
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced operator to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call, seasonal position ideal for someone with flexible availability and a strong work ethic.
Potential End Date : April 15 / 2025
10 Hours of Guaranteed Per Week
Responsibilities :
- Operate Loader and / or Kubota equipment for snow removal on commercial and residential properties.
- Clear driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and access roads efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre- and post-operational checks to ensure machinery is in good working order.
- Maintain safe operation standards in challenging weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members during snow events.
