Location : Victoria, British Columbia
Reporting to : Operations Manager
Wage Rate : $34.54 to $42.41 plus 11.5% vacation pay.
Work Setting : Civil Construction Excavation
Chew Contracting, a Ralmax Company has an immediate opening for a qualified, experienced heavy equipment operator to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. We are looking for an operator with experience in deep excavations and shoring support.
Operators at Chew Contracting have opportunities to work within multiple divisions throughout the company and the security of several long-term contracts already secured with the CRD, BC Hydro and the federal government. Applicants should be capable of operating an excavator, and have experience digging deep excavations, shoring support, footing prep, utilities installation / trenching, roadbuilding, etc.
Experience operating backhoe is considered an asset.
