Job descriptionProficient in operating heavy equipment with strong situational awareness. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-focused environment. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operating procedures. Capable of performing basic equipment checks and reporting issues promptly. Reliable adaptable and able to work in various outdoor conditions. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level. Plant moves across Southern Alberta and moves every 3-4 months. LOA and Accommodations are provided when plant is more than 1 hour away from Calgary cooperate limits. $35.19 to $35.19 per hour Secure long-term employment Competitive wage and benefits package Training and development Opportunities for advancement Overtime available

What Youll Be Doing
- Safely operate a skid-steer telehandler front-end loader and excavator to support production and material handling.
- Assist in day to day maintenance tasks on a mobile crushing plant including plant break downs setups and moves.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Load materials efficiently to meet production and quality targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members while following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
