Possess an MMF Class 3B or higher certification. Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. Demonstrate proficiency in French, both oral and written. Have a strong mechanical aptitude and skills in industrial plumbing. Be comfortable reading plans and flow diagrams. Knowledge of air conditioning and heating would be an additional asset. Be available for different shifts occasionally to cover replacements. For you, working collaboratively with colleagues is synonymous with an ideal work environment. You have perfected your work organization method to the point where it is hard to surpass. Your natural autonomy is your greatest ally in accomplishing your daily tasks.

- Ensuring the proper functioning of steam generators and essential refrigeration systems for production.
- Conducting careful monitoring and regular inspections of equipment in the thermal power plant.
- Analyzing and meticulously recording instrument readings and any equipment failures.
- Diagnosing underlying causes of problems and implementing corrective measures to prevent equipment or system breakdowns.
- Performing preventive maintenance operations and actively participating in the scheduled maintenance program.
- Preparing detailed daily reports on operational activities and safety and maintenance initiatives.
- Assisting the team in performing other related tasks as needed.
