Job descriptionEncadrer l’équipe de mécaniciens et assurer un entretien rigoureux. Planifier et exécuter la maintenance préventive et corrective. Gérer l’inventaire, optimiser l’utilisation des équipements et superviser les locations et la flotte. Assurer des suivis précis via les systèmes de gestion (inventaire, rapports, assurances). Coordonner les interventions avec les fournisseurs externes. Collaborer avec les équipes de chantier pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels. Proposer des améliorations et recommander des investissements stratégiques. Veiller à la sécurité et à la conformité des équipements.
Nous recrutons un Responsable Équipement pour superviser la gestion et l’entretien d’un parc d’équipements à Senneville (100% sur site).
En poste clé, vous assurerez la sécurité, la performance et la disponibilité des équipements tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes terrain.
Exigences :
- Diplôme en maintenance industrielle, électromécanique, mécanique ou domaine connexe.
- 7+ ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire (gestion d'équipement et de personnel).
- Fort en français (anglais fonctionnel).
- Solide expertise technique en entretien et gestion d’équipements.
- Habileté à gérer un centre de coûts et à respecter des délais serrés.
