You will manage the entire patient process, from conducting comprehensive hearing tests to fitting state-of-the-art hearing instruments, ensuring each patient receives an outstanding experience. Your role will also involve managing the daily operations of the Henderson office and driving business success through superior patient care.Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Care : Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.
  • Hearing Solutions : Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient’s unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Follow-Up Care : Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check-ups and maintenance care to ensure long -term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.What We’re Looking For :
  • A current license to dispense hearing instruments in ON (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and / or fitting.
