Job descriptionEnsures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site security policies and procedures Plans and implements shift work schedules Ensures all Security Guards have received the mandatory training Attendance Management Performs security audits Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints Provide proactive and reactive security patrols. Communicates any concerns / issues with Client Service Manager Any additional duties and assignments can be requested. A Valid Ontario Security Guard License Proficient in English (both oral and written) Degree in Police Foundations, Protection Security and Investigations, Criminology, or Border Services would be an asset Previous one year experience in healthcare security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. Proof of double Covid Vaccination Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2) Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification Able to provide a clean shaven face in order to pass a N95 mask fit test Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF) / Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Legally authorized to work in Canada Opportunities for training and professional development.
