Job descriptionEvaluate and document resident assessments according to facility policies. Provide treatments to maintain or improve residents' functional levels. Recommend adaptive equipment and preventative measures. Educate residents and caregivers to support resident independence. Maintain accurate reports for regulatory agencies and payers. Observe infection control and safety procedures. Participate in assessments, care planning, and quality improvement activities. Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all policies, including privacy and compliance standards. Perform all other duties as assigned. MS in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to analyze medical information and collaborate effectively.
