Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our hotel team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills in conversational English.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Control access to the hotel and maintain a log of visitors and deliveries.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises, including entrances, exits, and common areas.
- Assist in maintaining order and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any security-related concerns.
- Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Prepare and submit incident reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
