We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive
Director / Administrator to lead our dedicated team and oversee the overall operations of our assisted living facility. The Executive
Director will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, fostering a positive community, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compassionate professionals, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Oversee the daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a strong presence within the facility, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and facility growth.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous quality improvement and maintain high standards of care.
