We are offering a short term, part-time contract employment opportunity for a HR Consultant in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks such as job postings, performance evaluations, policy manual finalization, and contract assistance.

Responsibilities :

• Craft and manage job postings and descriptions as required
• Aid in the completion and finalization of staff policies manual
• Provide assistance in the creation of new contracts for all employees upon receipt of funding confirmation
• Facilitate and assist with performance evaluations
• Participate in the administration and management of contracts
• Develop comprehensive job descriptions
• Implement and manage employment policies
• Conduct exit interviews and manage related processes
• Oversee performance management and related activities.
• Proven experience in Job Postings is required.
• Must have a strong background in conducting Exit Interviews.
• Demonstrated expertise in Performance Management is essential.
• Proficiency in Contract Administration is a must.
• Experience in Developing Job Descriptions is necessary.
• Excellent understanding and application of Employment Policies are expected.
