Job descriptionWorking in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, while building industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies. Project Support : Collaborate with project teams to support various client engagements. Presentation Preparation : Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients. Innovation : Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges. Client Interaction : Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops. Learning and Development : Engage in workshops and training sessions. Work closely with project teams to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges. Be an integral part of contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment. Has an undergraduate and / or graduate degree from an accredited university / college in biosciences, chemistry, bioengineering, engineering, economics, or other business or science field. 2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree or 2 year Masters degree, preferably in consulting, change management, or project management. Experience in the healthcare industry or life sciences consulting is preferred. Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems. Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts. Record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects. Strong collaboration and teamwork. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. In-office or client presence 2-3 days in alignment with our hybrid working model.

How you will create an impact :
Your profile :
The pay range for this position in Toronto is $135,000 - $150,000 CAD per year plus potential annual performance-based bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical insurance, and RRSP to eligible employees.
