Experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.
Understanding of the dynamics of supplier relationships.
Good knowledge of our product lines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
Self-reliant, well-organized and good at prioritizing.
Dynamic, proactive person known to be adaptable and to work well in a team.
Challenges awaiting you :
Assist the project manager in the development of such as budgets, schedules and managing timelines
Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as entering purchase order, managing and processing invoices.
Supervise the project procurement process
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems as they arise (flag and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with the customer to guarantee the brand promise and a delivery that meets the needs of the project.
Check the requirements, scope and objectives of each project to ensure that it is managed efficiently and profitably.
Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay abreast of new developments in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs. Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your business skills.
