Accountabilities :

• Retrieve patient records from the electronic health record microfilm as requested by internal / external customers
• Prepare charts for scanning scan documents perform QA index documents in accordance with established procedures
• Answer department telephone and respond to faxed requests from internal and external customers and person to person (walkins) requests related to health information management functions such as chart requests
• Sort charts following patient discharge
• Log and complete medical requests for patient information
• Results distribution
• Other duties as assigned to ensure department workload is covered

This is a Fully Onsite : Roles involved in direct patient care that are needed onsite for each shift.

Salary :          May 2024

Minimum :      $24.72 per hour

Maximum :     $26.60 per hour
