The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the IES Project by providing comprehensive business analysis services during the design, implementation, and testing phases. The role involves leading sprint sessions, engaging with various stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and documenting technical and functional requirements. The analyst will apply industry-standard methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires experience in legacy system support, requirements gathering, backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and end-to-end documentation. The analyst also supports the development and test teams in defect management, testing, and user support.
