Job descriptionCoordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals Business Development - Outbound prospecting, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and introducing appropriate products and services Provide a high level of customer service Applying best practices in all interactions through being ethical, professional and doing so with integrity Digital Wealth Management (Insurance, Investments and Mortgages) Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers LLQP or Willing to obtain Competitive commission compensation structure, bonuses and monthly sales contests Ongoing Training that is focused on improving the skill set and technical knowledge of our team Yearly Sales Conventions Getting to work in a team enviorment that has a strong focus to giving back to our communities A remote work from home opportunity, to create your optimal work / life balance
