Job descriptionSupport customers calling with insurance questions, in both English and French Make changes to existing policies such as processing cancellations or refunds of purchased policies. Interpret policies and provide benefit information to customers. This is not an offer of employment. It is an opportunity to enter into a business-to-business relationship with Arise.
Provide French bilingual customer support for an insurance client through the Arise® Platform.
