About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives?
Join our team as a Community Mental Health Professional on the beautiful Isle of Man, where you will work closely with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health challenges. In this role, you will manage a defined caseload, providing specialist psychological interventions that promote recovery and wellbeing tailored to each person’s unique needs.
You’ll become an integral part of our large, friendly, and supportive multi-disciplinary team, committed to nurturing your current skills while offering ongoing professional development opportunities. Collaboration with a wide range of internal departments, external agencies, and charitable organisations will allow you to create a comprehensive support network for patients’ recovery journeys.

Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage / rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £ per month.
