Job Description Summary
Are you looking to add strategic value and be a key agent of change within the fast‑paced and dynamic biotechnology sector? If you’re a highly motivated and proactive project manager, then you may be the person we’re looking for! As a Project Manager within the Information Systems team at STEMCELL Technologies, you will work with high visibility to build relationships and drive value for the business. Working closely with external and internal stakeholders, you’ll use your leadership skills within cross‑functional teams to complete projects ranging from infrastructure and cybersecurity to system implementations and business transformation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and manage projects from initiation through delivery that achieve meaningful business outcomes. Balance scope, schedule, and cost with the flexibility to adapt to new insights and changing priorities.
- Organize, guide, and motivate teams across disciplines, resolving issues and removing obstacles to maintain momentum and deliver high‑quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to explore user needs, test assumptions, and use data and feedback to inform design and delivery decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with executive sponsors, business owners, and change leaders to maintain effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure shared understanding and timely decision‑making.
- Capture lessons learned, measure performance, and contribute to the evolution of project management standards, tools, and practices that strengthen STEMCELL’s overall delivery capability.

Salary Range
$81,700.00 – $122,500.00. The base salary is determined based on experience, education, skill set, and equity within the team. For sales‑eligible roles, the range includes target incentives. Additional compensation may be provided in accordance with company policy.
