1858 Caesar Bar is North America’s original Caesar-focused bar brand built on culture, creativity, and premium hospitality experiences. Our social platforms are an extension of our physical spaces : bold, authentic, current, and unmistakably 1858.
We are looking for a trendsetter and builder, someone who believes in the 1858 brand and wants to help scale it nationally through powerful, AI-driven storytelling and social growth.
This is a full-time, in-house position .
Consultants, agencies, freelancers, and outsourced service providers will not be considered.
As the Head of AI-Driven Brand Storytelling & Social Growth , you will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role combines creative leadership, cultural awareness, and AI-powered content systems to drive real growth and engagement.
Language, Availability & Work Structure
- Fully proficient in English – mandatory
- French is an asset
- In-house requirement for the first 90 days (hybrid eligible thereafter)
- Must be able to travel between locations as required
- Must be available to work weekends in a hospitality environment

Compensation for this role is competitive and aligned with current market standards for mid-to-senior level AI-driven social, content, and brand growth leadership roles.
Compensation is intentionally not listed .
Candidates with the appropriate experience will already be familiar with the average to above-average compensation range for a role of this scope.
