Salary : $21.47 - $26.24
Stonehenges Residential program is a Therapeutic Community, which is a group-based, highly structured, and powerful treatment approach to substance use recovery. At our Residential center, we work with adult individuals with a history of chronic or acute substance abuse concerns, with or without co-occurring mental health diagnosis. Many of the individuals we work with also have current or previous involvement with the correctional system.
The Therapeutic Community Coachs (TCC) primary responsibility is to enforce and uphold the structure of the Therapeutic Community model through two core aspects of the program : Workforce and Activity Therapy. This role also provides education to residents and staff on the Therapeutic Community model.

Hours of Work :
- Days (7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm), Monday-Friday
- Additional on-call responsibilities (on a rotational basis), therefore some evening, weekend and / or overnight work may be required to support the staff team
