POSITION DESCRIPTION : We are currently looking for a Head Chef to fill a permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, daytime from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and every other weekend. Schedule : a full-time position during the day, approximately 40 hours per week. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen Perform other related duties Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent Basic computer skills Significant experience 3 to 5 years of experience in management MAPAQ Manager BENEFITS : Recognition program Referral Program Corporate discounts Yearly salary to be discussed.
