Position Summary :
We are seeking HVAC Technicians to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities :
- Represent Ainsworth professionally and courteously on each call, serving as a proud ambassador for our company.
- Read, interpret, create, and maintain drawings and specifications.
- Install, overhaul, and service HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems.
- Repair and replace worn or broken parts on various components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems.
- Install motors, thermostats, and humidistats.
- Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of apprentices.
- Maintain knowledge of modern equipment and regulations.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform duties safely, adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
