Qualifications:

Able to work a flexible schedule
Have a valid Ontario hairstylist license
Have 2 -5 years of hair styling experience
Live in close proximity to the salon (Scarborough, ON)
Proven skills and experience in Colour & Chemical Techniques (Please bring to interview: portfolio, Instagram account, certificates and/or photos demonstrating your colour work)
Able to communicate effectively with the client
Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude

What You Would Be Doing?

Adhere to the First Choice Hair 4-step Brand Standard for Service Excellence
Meet service & retail targets and adhere to salon processes / procedures
Provide client consultations with recommendations on styles, services, and products
Offer exceptional customer service to our guests during their hair appointments
Technically savvy and comfortable with computer applications (including POS)

Hourly Wage: Based on experience and market rate (negotiable) - $17.60/hr to $18.50/hr

Job Type: Full-time, Commission - (30-40 hrs / week), Monday - Friday + Weekends
