We are looking for a Sr. Software Development Engineer to leverage our cloud services, unique data, the latest machine learning methods and big data technologies to develop solutions that help our self-service advertisers reach their full potential. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our software leaders, learn new technologies, innovate, and contribute to new ads products that our global customers use daily.

As part of the Personalization and Guidance team, you'll collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build systems that help advertisers achieve their business goals by delivering insights and recommendations via Console and APIs that are personalized to the advertiser, easy to understand, contextually relevant, simple to adopt, and fully optimized to grow the advertiser’s business. Our Success will require balancing big, industry changing goals with a bias for action and consistent delivery of advertiser value. The systems you will build will scale and manage high-volume ad datasets, interface with external systems, and provide the machine learning intelligence that enables our distributed systems to make accurate decisions in real-time. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
