Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; master's degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred. A minimum of years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least years in a leadership role within a complex financial environment. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a key leader within the Finance department, the Group Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. This role ensures the integrity of accounting information by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. The Group Finance Controller will lead the finance team in driving the company's financial strategy and planning, overseeing regulatory compliance, and ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial results. This position is onsite and can be based in any of our locations in Ancaster, Mississauga and Stratford.
Your Responsibilities would be :

- Oversee the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
