  • Manage the development of courses, ensuring timelines are met and resources are appropriately utilized.
  • Develop and maintain training related forms, job aids and materials.
  • Engage with clients, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to ensure content and delivery align with business goals and learner needs.
  • Test effectiveness of courses on the learning management system and document findings.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Serve as a technical resource for programs that are internally developed and presented.

At times, business needs arise and employees may be required to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people may need extra time to devote to personal matters, and we provide flexibility to accommodate this.

  • Experience working with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • 2+ years’ experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to write effective instructional text.
  • Self‑starter, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi‑task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical acumen, strong problem‑solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Adept at relationship building and open to feedback.
  • Programming savvy an asset.
  • Familiarity with other eLearning technology and authoring tools such as Captivate, Camtasia or similar an asset.
