Role overview

DESIGNME is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of high-quality creative assets across both print and digital platforms , with a primary focus on packaging, retail, and physical brand execution . This role will be responsible for bringing DESIGNME’s visual identity to life through premium product packaging, printed marketing collateral, and in-store materials, while also supporting digital design needs across campaigns, social media, and e-commerce.

The ideal candidate is a concept-driven designer with strong production expertise, a sharp eye for typography and layout, and a deep understanding of print processes. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and external vendors to deliver impactful, brand-consistent work from initial concept through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of product packaging , including labels and secondary packaging for new launches and core products
• Develop high-quality print collateral such as retail displays, point-of-sale materials, brochures, inserts, and promotional assets
• Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in dielines, bleeds, typography, color, and print specifications
• Collaborate with product development and external vendors to manage packaging workflows from concept through final production
• Maintain and evolve DESIGNME’s brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints
• Support digital design needs, including social media graphics, email marketing assets, e-commerce content, and campaign visuals
• Contribute to seasonal launches and integrated marketing campaigns with cohesive creative across platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers as needed
• Partner closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure all work aligns with brand standards and storytelling goals

Qualifications

Bonus : Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries
