The eLearning project manager will coordinate, manage and assist in creating online educational materials for internal and external eLearning customers in the organization. These materials must support Sani Marc’s overall business objectives;
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of Change Management & Corporate Training, the eLearning Project Manager performs all the functions listed below :
Assist in creating eLearning presentations using Lectora, Captivate, Articulate or other approved software;
Assist & lead the creation of eLearning support documents such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets and other marketing material;
Meet & collaborate with identified subject matter experts and stakeholders by department on a regular cadence to evaluate and develop effective training programs;
Ensure accessibility and usability of training materials;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
Provide writing and editing support for training materials;
Provide insight into team process, dynamics, efficiency, and culture;
To perform, you need to :
College Diploma or relevant experience
People and presentation skills of high level
Computer skills of high level including manipulating graphics and video
Organizational skills
Good communication skills
Leadership skills
Proficiency with Project Management Tool – Celoxis
Good knowledge of AI tools and programs

Note
Experience with e-learning and graphic development tools, such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, SnagIt, Camtasia or Adobe Creative Softwares including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator, Canva, Vyond, ClickLearn, Rise Articulate, Storyline, Docebo LMS.
Knowledge of multimedia tools for self-paced course development
Ability to assist in the production process for videos, demonstrations and hands-on exercises
Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude
Highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented
Ability to research course development, delivery concepts and technical issues
Good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Able to work, contribute to and flourish in a team centric, collaborative environment with various teams across the company
