Industry: New Home Construction / Real Estate Development
Fully onsite in Hamilton - Monday to Fridays (hours start and end are a bit flexible)
My client, a growing real estate development company in the new home construction industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across active communities. This is a true generalist, stand-alone position with the opportunity to grow into a director level in the long-term. This role works closely with Sales and external agency partners to drive traffic, support launches, and strengthen overall brand positioning. The successful candidate will own marketing timelines, campaigns, reporting, and execution to support sales targets and business growth. Must come with an entrepreneurial mindset, scrappy and is a solution driven individual.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage marketing project schedules, budgets, and external agency partners

Run community-specific Sales, Marketing, and PR meetings

Analyze CRM data and sales feedback to refine campaign strategies

Oversee setup and presentation of sales centers, model homes, broker events, and off-site locations

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with sales goals

Conduct market and competitor research to support pricing and positioning

Plan and execute digital campaigns including paid media, email marketing, and website updates

Manage CRM and email automation (ActiveCampaign or similar)

Oversee social media strategy with external partners

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels

Maintain organized marketing documentation and distribute weekly reports
Qualifications
-
3–6 years of marketing experience (new home construction industry preferred)

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Strong understanding of the new home sales process and buyer journey

Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or WordPress an asset

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Confident self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset

Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle required (travel within GTA & Niagara)
This company offers salary: $85,000–$95,000 (flexible for tenure and right candidate), benefits, 3 weeks' vacation, RRSP, 5 personal days, half day summer Fridays, holidays paid in December off etc!
