WHATS THE JOB
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of maintenance and repair skills a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure our facilities are wellmaintained and safe for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings equipment and facilities.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Handle basic plumbing electrical carpentry and painting tasks.
- Strip and wax floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
