Qualifications :

• 510 years Proven experience in project coordination preferably within the construction industry for large scale Projects.
• Bachelors degree in engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract administration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to draft technical letters and reports.
• Proficiency in data analysis and cost substantiation techniques.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and the ability to interpret schedule logic.
• Attention to detail and ability to meticulously review documentation for accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience in construction of largescale projects particularly tunneling and stations along with advanced understanding of contractual and technical terms.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong Presentation skills (written and verbal).
