Job description

POSITION : Hardware Design Engineer

LOCATION : Peterborough, On

DURATION : Full time Permanent

OVERVIEW :

At Least 3 years of analog & digital hardware design & / verification experience

Experience within the domain of embedded systems including : embedded microcontrollers, FPGAs, sensor acquisition circuits, output drivers, fault & BIT management & environmental protections

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of training & experience required.

Experience in formal development cycles such as DO-254 or ARP4754A equivalent processes

Proficient with Schematic Capture & Design tools, preferably & / Or CAD or ZUKEN

RESPONSIBILITIES : Design & Development

Modify Existing Hardware

Test New Components & boards

Oversee Manufacturing Processes with Manufacturing Personnel

Collaborate with firmware and software Developers
