About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Account Director to join our Campaign Management team team. This role involves overseeing high-impact campaigns, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of media campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex campaigns, over-delivering on client expectations, and upselling, renewing and retaining their client roster.BONUS : This role offers uncapped commission. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, sales) to over deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations.Ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders to meet project goals.Campaign Strategy and Planning : Develop and execute strategic campaign strategies to meet client objectives.Collaborate with clients to define goals, KPIs, and success metrics.Identify opportunities for campaign optimizations across Visual Capitalist’s platforms and solutions.Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and success.Lead kickoff calls, present campaign strategies, reporting, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and setting clear client expectations.Anticipate client needs and proactively recommending solutions to address additional business goals and challenges.Project Management & Execution : Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the creative team consisting of writers and designers to execute campaigns effectively.Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and use learnings and analytics to continue optimizing performance.Upselling, Cross-Selling, and Retention : Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and solutions that align with client objectives.Lead efforts to secure renewals by demonstrating campaign value, delivering exceptional service, and building strong client relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that address emerging client needs.Analytics & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future campaigns.Are You a Fit?You are a fantastic fit for this role if you can identify with these traits and skills : Strategic Leadership : Demonstrate ability to lead and manage client accounts with a strategic mindset, aligning client goals with company objectives.Relationship Management : Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Revenue Growth : Track record of identifying opportunities for growth within accounts, upselling services, and driving revenue.Team Collaboration : Strong team management and mentorship skills to guide campaign managers, ensuring cohesive and high-performing teams.Software Proficiency : Have solid experience working with online software suites such as Google Docs, Microsoft 365, and are able to quickly learn the basics of other software tools, such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, among others. Communication Excellence : Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to clearly articulate value propositions and address client concerns effectively.Experience : Ideally have up to 7 years of transferable experience in roles that may be related to account management and media sales or similar. CompensationThe approximate salary range for this position is $89-90K with uncapped commission opportunities.
