Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for customer service, maintaining relationships with various clients and suppliers, and continuously seeking new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve clients visiting the office;
Build long-term relationships across the industry;
Maintain the current client list;
Fulfill client requests, process orders, and ensure proper invoicing to complete sales;
Identify and understand client needs;
Ensure reasonable delivery timelines in coordination with transportation teams;
Purchase and receive ordered products;
Monitor accounts receivable aging;
Collaborate in managing product inventory.
Qualifications
DEP, DEC, or Certificate in Administration or Sales;
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record;
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
Bilingualism is an asset.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
Organized with strong attention to detail;
Good knowledge of computer systems and the Microsoft Office environment.
