What you will be doing:

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure exceptional satisfaction
  • Proudly promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs, enhancing the guest experience and driving engagement
  • Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payments
  • Collaborate closely with Guest Services, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and folios in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Adhere to brand standards, safety guidelines, and data privacy requirements
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment is an asset, with a strong understanding of personalized service standards and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using hotel systems (Opera or similar PMS experience an asset)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
